Kudos! To SAS.

From the students desk.

We, the students of SAS had gone to Calorx school for an”Innovation Competition.”As we reached there we were escorted by a prefect of the school. We were given a photograph of a table and were asked to redesign it and create a whole new table on a chart paper. We had to make a table for the future. This may sound easy but believe me, it wasn’t. We had got only an hour and a half. It took us 45mins to decide what to make. The other schools were also much engrossed in their work. We made a sort of a “Flipping Concept.”In that you just have to flip the notebook and you’ll get the computer screen(all on the chart paper). We had made many things like that. The experience was awfully good but at the same time it was mind churning!

We the students of Shanti Asiatic School went to the “Innovation Competition” where we stood 2nd out of 17 schools. Its not winning or losing, it is what we are learning from it.We were given a drawing of a table and we were asked to innovate it in such a way that we can use it even after 5yrs.So, we made a flipping concept. We learnt the “Innovation is not what’s in your mind, its what comes out from your mind.”

We just have to think and ink it. We came to know the level of our creativity from this competition and many more things. It was a wonderful experience.
