Welcome Teachers…….
Confidence comes from discipline and training.

Education today needs a metamorphosis. All the teachers were eagerly looking forward to the training session, which was meant to equip them with teaching techniques. Intensive Teachers Training Programme was organized from June 3, 2013 to June 7, 2013.

3th June 2013:- “Handling Emotions and Self Motivation” – Dr Shailendra Gupta
The training session was inaugurated with great enthusiasm and the theme was “Handling Emotions and Self Motivation”. Welcome address by the Principal, began with an inspirational prayer, which was followed by an informative and interactive session by Dr Shailendra Gupta. It made us think beyond the horizon and solve problems. Guidelines given in the program will not only be applied academically but also in our day-to day lives. 


4th June 2013:- “Micro Planning “ – Mrs Sandhya Uday

The Vice Principal addressed the need of Micro Planning. The main focus of the training was on UBD lesson planning, Inter-house competitions, proxy-substitution, worksheet/practice material, Global awareness programme, life-skills, value education and parenting workshop. She also encouraged the teachers to discuss and share their ideas.

5th June 2013:- “Extra Marks” – Mr. Shaishav
Third day was a training package from “Extra Marks” that provided teachers with practice in topics such as basic troubleshooting, presentations, interactions combined with hands-on activities. It helped teachers to get “User Friendly” with the software


6th June 2013 & 7th June 2013:- “CCE Planning”- Ms Sunita Solanki

As per the CBSE new guidelines and firmly believing in this, SAS had organized two- day training programme which was dedicated to CCE (Continuous Comprehensive Evaluation) Planning, conducted by Ms. Sunita Solanki from NIIT – one of the most prestigious institutions and identified by the CBSE .She laid emphasis of thought process & de-emphasise memorisation. She also briefed teachers on how to reduce stress on children and produce learners with greater skills. Teachers were involved in different activities, thus the session helped them to think out of the box and bring child closer to the subject.

It was observed that the training sessions were not only impressive but also meaningful. The enthusiasm seen during the sessions was well appreciated by the trainers. The most important thing learnt by the teachers was to create a friendly environment for teaching and learning which would help in improving the quality of interaction between the children and teachers.
